The women attending our vocational school are living on the brink of survival. Many struggle to get through each day, providing for their children on as little as one meal a day. They face impossible choices—between clothing and food—but education is never an option for them. Attending a school like ours would ordinarily be out of the question.

However, this school is a game-changer. It is unique in the country, offering premier vocational training at no cost to the students. Upon completing their training, the women are eligible to sit for a certification exam that qualifies them to sew professionally anywhere in the country.

Our success has been recognized by local governments, tribal leaders, and even the Rotary Foundation, affirming the transformative impact this school is having on these women and their families.
